Check-in:
Between: 12.00 - 19.00 pm.
Remember to show your voucher/confirmation when you arrive at
I Borracci. Off Hours check-in must be communicated in advance
via e-mail or fax.
Check-out: Morning before 10.00 am.
The apartment cost includes: Water, gas, electricity.
Change of towels and bed-linen once a week and cleaning of the
apartment after the visit.
The apartment cost excludes: * Heating, cleaning of the
apartment during the guests stay at I Borracci (example: if
you stay two weeks, you'll find the apartment perfectly cleaned
at your arrival, but we'll not clean the apt at the end of the
first week). Of course if required we will come and clean for
an extra cost of 30,00 Euro for a 3 bedroom apartment, 25,00
Euro for a 2 bedroom apartment, and 20,00 Euro for a 1 bedroom
apartment each time.
Extra Bed: An extra bed for a child under the age of
2 will be placed in the bedroom at no cost. For an extra bed,
available only for apartment B, the price is 30,00 Euro. No
more than one extra-bed is allowed.
Cancellation
Policy
When your reservation is confirmed you will receive a voucher
(e-mail confirmation or fax confirmation) that you need to
show when you check-in at I Borracci.
Please note that your card will NOT be charged before your
stay, (In case you don't come and the reservation is cancelled
we will take out of your credit card 10% of the entire amount.
If your cancellation is communicated within 45 days of your
arrival, the cancellation fee will be 30% of the entire amount.
30 days before your arrival 40% cancellation fee on the entire
amount, 15 days before your arrival 50% cancellation fee on
the entire amount. After that we will take the 70% as caution.
If you fail to arrive and do not communicate this by fax,
e-mail or phone, a full charge (100%) will be applied.
